Who is codesnap?

The people behind codesnap are Boston-based software engineers Christian Allen and Paul English. Christian has worked as a core contributor to OpenMRS open source health records while living in Rwanda, working for Partners In Health and also worked for TravelPost.com. Paul has started a few software companies, and is currently the CTO/Cofounder of Kayak.com. We originally created codesnap to help us find coders and designers for our own projects, and to support software work in developing countries. We found other sites for finding software professionals to be very frustrating, and found that they took large cuts of the payout to the developers and designers.
