description	Dear Coder & Designer, we are looking for a good designer/graphic artist who will perform the finishing of our clients photos. You task is to turn the studio- and onLocation-shots into the final results. those results are tended to be sold on the int. photo-stock markets. please check some of the recent works very carefully at http://www.flickr.com/photos/kencko/ as you can see, we are not looking for somebody who knows where photoshops auto-correction button is located. we are looking for somebody who knows how to compose and reotuch images. if you bid on this project you should have relevant references or you should be willing to do a samplework - the best case would be both :-) based on the fact, that about 80% of the output is shot in the studio, your task is not only to apply a beauty retouching on the bodies and faces, you also need to do the final composing. as source you will get the photo in raw or jpeg (depends on the shooting) and your task is to create the final result out of the image. you will deliver the final work as psd and jpeg in full-resolution. we have a lot of work in this area at the moment, so we are definitly looking for a long-term relationship. for the initial project we are going to start with a volume of about 25 image. please note the current prices on the int. photostock markets when you place your bid.
