description	My company Assured Labor Inc. has an immediate need for someone who's an HTML/CSS/Javascript guru to rework the front-end of our site. In particular we need to do the following for our Latin American site: www.empleolisto.com 1) Create a master page template into which we can plug our jsp pages using the basic layout below and where the elements on the page remain constant across browsers (IE 6,7,8 and FF 3.0 and 3.5 on Windows and Mac) - * header - all the content above the menu - currently this doesn't change on a page by page basis, but it could in the future * menu - this is a jquery driven dropdown menu that does change based on context * content box - each page has it's own content * footer - contains copyright info 2) Simplified CSS that removes conflicting styles and is cross-browser functional 3) A sprite file from which we can display images
requirements	master template delivered in the form of an html file from which a jsp template can be created master template renders the same on IE 6, 7, 8 and FF 3.0 and 3.5 (on Win and Mac for FF) can plug in 3 or 4 pages from our existing site into template and have them render consistently
